MyCompounder is a group a pharmacy’s specialising in the compounding of personalised medicines for individual use. The head office for MyCompounder, is MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd, and all orders and transactions placed via this website are directed to MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd. By using the website and eCommerce functions at www.mycompounder.com.au (“website”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions so please read them carefully.

Your use of the website, enrolment as a customer to create an account, and placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

OBLIGATIONS CONCERNING ACCOUNT AND SECURITY INFORMATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access to this website, including usernames, passwords or other security features and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your registration from your Smartphone or IT device.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Smartphone or account or any other breach of security. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd will use some of your registration information only for the limited purpose of processing your orders. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd may also use some of your registration information for statistical purposes to improve our website and services to you. In consideration of your use of the website, you agree to:

1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process; and
2. maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, this may (i) effect the accuracy of the pharmacy dispensing and/or delivery service provided to you and (ii) we may suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and all current and future use of the website.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS

When you place an order, a representative from MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd will contact you in regards to your order either via telephone, email or text. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for using Visa or MasterCard but MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd has the right to place a 2.5% surcharge on all transactions using American Express. All orders will be charged to your credit card as soon as your order is placed. Your credit card payment details will be stored in a secure payment portal which meets Australian Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards so as to facilitate payment of future or repeat orders. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Money Orders and Cheques: Please contact MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd directly should you wish to pay via money order or personal cheques. Orders are processed upon the receipt of a money order or cheque, however goods are not dispatched until funds are cleared and this may take up to 10 working days. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received and this should be taken into account in your purchasing decision. A $20 fee will be charged on all returned cheques.

LEGAL PRESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

Many orders for scheduled medicines require a prescription, and in many instances, the original copy of a prescription for a medicine will need to be sent to the pharmacy before your order is dispatched. In these instances, please mail your original prescriptions to MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd as soon as possible to avoid a delay in the collection or dispatch of your order. Your transmission of an electronic order via the website for any type of item does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd reserves the right to monitor and limit the purchase amounts of products at its sole discretion.

MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd may elect to electronically monitor areas of the website and may disclose any content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the website; (iii) to protect our rights or property or the rights of the users, our directors, employees or third party providers; or (iv) on the request of any third party who has intellectual property rights over products that you purchase . We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring such content transmitted via our website. MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd may terminate your access, or suspend your access without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of the parties listed above.

APPLICABLE LAW

As far as legally possible, the terms and conditions and the use of this website shall be governed by the laws in Victoria, Australia. Any claim relating to this website, and the services provided through MEPH Pharmacy Pty Ltd shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Victoria and you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court in Melbourne in the state of Victoria, Australia.

TERMINATION

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the website with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the website may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the website. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the website. These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. As a customer of the website, you may terminate your account with us at any time and have your information removed from our database.
